Planning is something every organization
has to do. Every executive needs to be working to the plan
and every employee needs to know that what they do contributes
to that plan. Because the plan document is so important, many
organizations attach great importance to anyone involved in building
or owning it. Yet very few business have a sound process for building
the plan in the first place and even fewer have fond memories

There are three steps to Business
Excellence Architecture planning if you want to gain great strategic
directional insight and win the hearts and minds of your organization
